Why I do this

And why you should listen

Early in life, I had big goals and expectations that largely went unmet. Despite being a fully capable and intelligent individual, I often fell  short on tasks that were important to me. I thought of myself as a failure, I grew discouraged by my own ambition, and gained over 60 lbs over the course of 3 years. 

And then I decided to change. I researched, sought out help from experts and learned about the power of habit to build the person I want to become. I am surely not there yet, as the path to success is long and arduous, but I'm working and learning. This is my attempt to share what I've learned so that others can begin the journey with me. Let's build our habits, and ourselves, together.
